Dosha Quiz

Doshas

In Ayurveda, doshas are fundamental energies or principles that govern the functioning of the human body. According to Ayurvedic philosophy, maintaining a balance among these doshas is crucial for good health, while an imbalance can lead to various health issues.
The three primary doshas are Vata, Pitta, and Kapha.
Vata is associated with the elements of air and ether (space). It is responsible for movement, both physical and mental, and controls bodily functions such as circulation, breathing, and elimination.
